Activities

The area surrounding Tigh Ali abounds with wildlife, including red and roe deer, otters, pine martens and seals. It is an excellent place for bird watching, with the chance of spotting a Golden Eagle.

For the sporty minded, there is a 9 hole golf course and cycle and boat hire are available locally. All around lies lovely rugged country for walking or serious hiking and climbing and Tigh Ali is also an ideal location for hill loch or sea fishing.

Other local interests include the potteries, weavers, a wood turner, and historic buildings.

The famous Eilean Donan castle and visitor centre is one of the local attractions.
